Yes. Payments on our website are processed securely by Mollie, who are a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. They are on Visa’s Global Compliant Provider List and MasterCard’s SDP List. Your card data is not stored and your contact information is encrypted.
Delivery of standard items to any NL mainland address is free of charge. However outside The Netherlands in any EU country we charge a fee of €9.95,-. Outside Europe shipping costs will vary depending on which country. Customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
If you have received a dispatch confirmation email, there will be tracking information provided. Yes, you can return or exchange any item purchased on our website within 14 days of receipt by sending us an email at email@example.com. Your return label will be inside the box. Returns are only accepted if the cushion is still in its original sleeve and has not been opened. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Items made upon request cannot be returned. And items that have been removed from its original sleeve cannot be returned.
