Delivery and returns
Delivery of standard items to any NL mainland address is free of charge. However outside The Netherlands in any EU country we charge a fee of €9.95,-. Outside Europe shipping costs will vary depending on which country. Customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
If you have received a dispatch confirmation email, there will be tracking information provided. For an update on the progress on your order, you can log into your account on our website or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Bare in mind that items not in stock can take appr. 4 weeks for delivery.
Yes, you can return or exchange any item purchased on our website within 14 days of receipt by sending us an email at email@example.com. Your return label will be inside the box. Returns are only accepted if the cushion is still in its original sleeve and has not been opened. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Items made upon request cannot be returned. And items that have been removed from its original sleeve cannot be returned.
